Radio Host Rush Limbaugh Angry Over Colin Powell Obama Endorsement

Former Secretary of State to the 43rd president General Colin Powell, has announced his decision to endorse Senator Barack Obama.

The media went crazy over this notion since Powell is republican himself, and has been a longtime friend of Senator McCain's.

Conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh, was extremely vocal about his thoughts on Powells' decision stating "OK, fine. I am now researching his (Powell's) past endorsements to see if I can find all the inexperienced, very liberal, white candidates he has endorsed. I'll let you know what I come up with. I was also unaware of his dislike for John Roberts, Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Anthony Kennedy and Antonin Scalia. I guess he also regrets Reagan and Bush making him a four-star [general] and secretary of state and appointing his son to head the FCC. Yes, let's hear it for transformational figures."

Does Rush Limbaugh really think Gen. Powell has an issue with all the people he named, simply because he voted opposite of what Limbaugh expected? Wouldn't a "maverick" vote against his own party if he felt it necessary? Senator McCain brands himself as a "maverick" for being in opposition of his party at times; why should it be any different for Colin Powell?

Moreover, it's disgusting for Limbaugh to presume control and obligation over Powell, simply because he earned his higher position of authority. Is the vicious radio host suggesting Powell didn't earn his accolades and that Powell's son, received his position because of who his father is?

How does a corporation pay 400 million to a radio talk show host?

That's right! Rush is the man with a 400 million contract plan. Is this the going rate for "hate talk" nowadays? And his messages are obviously resonating due to his large fan base.

Republican William Bennett (seen-r), friend to Limbaugh, seems to also have a racial tinge against black people since he had this to say on his September 30th show,

"Well, I don't think it is either, I don't think it is either, because first of all, there is just too much that you don't know. But I do know that it's true that if you wanted to reduce crime, you could -- if that were your sole purpose, you could abort every black baby in this country, and your crime rate would go down."

This rhetoric comes from a person, who publicly endorses Senator McCain for president of the United States of America -- who by the way is "pro-life", yet Mr. Bennett seems okay with "pro-choice" when it's concerning black children.

See how easy it is for some to quickly erode those good ole Christian morals and values, when it seeks to benefit oneself?

Despite the fact that Rush believes Powell endorsed Obama because he's black, the general articulated himself very well in the video below.
