Former Republican Operative Confesses to Stealing the American Vote

CNN interviewed former Republican operative Raymond Allen (seen above), as he revealed how he went to prison after pleading guilty to charges of phone harassment.

Allegedly, Allen purposely jammed the phone lines of the New Hampshire's Democratic party on election day 6 years ago. In Allen's words "The concept was to disrupt lines of communication. That's a fancy way of saying, make it so the phones didn't work," Allen told CNN. "No calls going out. No calls going in."

Federal prosecutors reportedly accounted for 2 top Republican party officials, who picked Allens' Virginia based telemarketing firm for the operation. Although Allen now admits that the scheme was ingenious in a "evil genius sort of way" in his book, "How to Rig an Election: Confessions of a Republican Operative", he details the way in which he was caught.

And how an hour and a half into jamming the phone systems he received an e-mail from a Republican official -- frantically telling him to shut down the calls. The email read,"Chairman wishes not to proceed with this project ... insists it violates federal law."

Federal agents eventually paid a visit to Allens' office, in which he decided to come clean about his role in the operation. And the fact that his new book is about to make its debut, is probably more the reason he decided to go public. So Mr. Allen not only wants to steal your vote, he also wants you to purchase his book and pay him -- for stealing your vote.

Thanks but no thanks.
