President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad Blasts the American Government

The President of Iran Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, appeared on Larry King live last night on CNN.

The president doesn't speak English and had to have a translator on hand, but it didn't stop the interview from being extremely intense as the Iranian president blasted George W. Bush and his entire administration.

He expressed how, "Iran is a peaceful country and no one wants war or deaths" and that his country has "no problem with the American people, but he has a problem with the U.S. government placing force against Iranians."

He initiated a peace talk extending an invitation by letter to meet with President Bush, but the native Texan never entertained the idea.

Ahmadinejad exclaimed that,"Other nations have a poor image of American people due to the corruption within the government." He also claims to not understand why Bush, "Won't meet with him, but the U.S. made the decision to cut ties with (Iran) them."

He believes the new president-elect (Obama) must bring about change, and not resort to the same way of dealing with things. Change? Doesn't this sound familiar? The Iranian president stated he, "Won't judge the future president with his words, but by his actions."

The middle eastern native also stated that he is, "More than willing to meet with the two presidential candidates, as long as press and media are present and they can discuss world issues."

Ahmadinejad appeared very serious and concerned when stating that Saddam Hussein, fought against Iran using weapons of mass destruction and chemicals against his people. He laughed as he commented, "The United States government contradicts one another."

The president insists that his country wants peace and justice and how over a span of sixty years, more Palestinian people have been misplaced, forced out of their homes, women and children murdered, and Palestinian figures assassinated.

"When will this catastrophe end. Palestinian people should be able to determine their own fate, not have it be determined by someone else," cried Ahmadinejad.

He asked Larry King, "How do you allow people to move into your country, and start a new government?"

He goes on to ask King, "If someone tries to occupy America would you let them, or would you run them out?"

Mahmoud referred to history facts when asking, "What were the results from trying to talk about the Apartheid regime in South Africa, and what about the Soviet Union, what happened then?"

He continued stating that, "People must do their research on the history of American government, in order to understand how we got in this mess."

And he urged the American people to "Not believe the false propaganda that Iranians are terrorist, but suggested that murder, terrorism, and aggression, should be removed from the American governmental occupation."

What caught my attention was how friendly the Iranian president appeared to be. He was calm as his points were clear, detailed, informative, and he wasted no time giving a descriptive look into how the U.S. government really conducts themselves behind closed doors.

Ahmadinejad described the Bush administration best when he called them "Zionist."

Zionist defined: people that wear a mask of religiosity.

The Iranian president asked, "But how can you kill innocent people and take over countries if you're religious? The American people shouldn't be in the mess they're in. The government should provide good health care, education, not leave a huge debt burden, and be honest."

There you have it! The words of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, whose been in constant war with our country for years.
