The Supreme Court Upholds Obamacare As Constitutional

June 28, 2012 - Today the Supreme Court upheld the Affordable Care Act that President Obama signed into law, and deemed it as constitutional. This is a major milestone and victory for the Obama administration, as well as the American people who will ultimately benefit from it the most. 

Republicans are disgusted by the outcome of the healthcare mandate, and are still protesting to repeal it should Mitt Romney win The White House. As a matter of fact Mitt Romney, made an appearance today stating that should he become president - Obamacare will be the first thing he overturns. 

But why would Mitt Romney overturn a healthcare plan that helps millions of people? 

Especially since he hasn't proposed a new healthcare plan rebuttal; he just simply says that he will repeal it. 

Fox news made a huge gaffe today when telling their followers that Obamacare was struck down as being unconstitutional, but after being figured out by the public the network quickly switched up its rhetoric.
