Ignored Psych Ward Patient Dies in Hospital Lobby

I ran across this video looking for something else and couldn't believe what I saw!

A psych patient (which tells you right there that somebody should have been keeping an eye on this person) fell over and died in the hospital lobby. There's no report on this story, and no one knows what hospital it's from. NOTHING! Just a video clip of the patient dying.

How does a hospital not know where their patients are at all times? Where were the people that should have been watching the cameras? Security? Nurses? Warden? Anybody?

The camera footage displays a person walking right past the patient just as he/she hit the floor, and didn't even stop to help! When it's revealed what hospital this is, they're in so much trouble.
