New Anti-Obama Ad Draws Skepticism Among Americans

A new anti-Obama attack ad was proposed by the Super Pac of the Republican Party supposedly to dismantle President Obama's current likability approval rating, which is higher than Republican Presidential nominee Mitt Romney.

The 54 page 10 million dollar proposal for the anti-Obama attack ad is titled "The Defeat of Barack Hussein Obama", and lays out a plan to portray him as "slick" and "cocky" -- to which an "extremely literate conservative African-American" must be hired to insulate against charges of racism.

The proposal also stated President Obama ran as a "metrosexual" and "black Abe Lincoln", and in turn millions of dollars will be spent to again tie Obama to Reverend Jeremiah Wright, all while insinuating that Obama is plotting to destroy America.

Today, Mitt Romney repudiated the new anti-Obama attack ad while stating that the President is all about "Character Assassination", referring to Obama's campaign ad that displayed former employees of Romney's company Bain Capital which accused Romney of killing their jobs, shipping them overseas and stealing their pensions.

To my understanding President Obama's Bain Capital ad isn't about "Character Assassination" but about truth, in which the truth was told straight from the witnesses that endured the tragic losses.

If Mitt Romney can look at truth within the Bain Capital ad which was told by his own employees, and still feel that his character was being destroyed because of it, then maybe he should take a good look in the mirror because it is he that destroyed his own character when he chose to destroy the livelihood of his employees -- while cashing out on millions of dollars for a job horribly done.

This reminds me of the recent downfall of JP Morgan and Chase Bank, which reportedly lost 2 billion dollars with the CEO of the bank walking away with a salary of 23 million dollars! And of course American taxpayers will bear the burden of that debt should congress decide to bail out the bank.

If Romney wants to talk about "Character Assassination" let's talk about the month of February, when he appeared on the Sean Hannity Show and commented that he didn't know what was worse, "Obama following Reverend Wright around for years or Obama trying to make the United States less Christian."

Is Romney now claiming that President Obama isn't Christian? Is this not considered "Character Assassination"?

Republicans tried tying Obama to Reverend Wright during the 2008 presidential election, and obviously they weren't successful as Obama is now our president. Americans were smart enough than to not play into false accusations of our current president, and we're smarter now and perfectly capable of distinguishing truth from falsehoods.

Republicans can't run on truth because if they did, they'd never win elections. Nice try guys...but we caught you.
