"Stop Picking On Obama's Baby Mama!"

Fox News ran an ad that read, "Stop Picking On Obama's Baby Mama!"

When did it become cool to call people names? If Fox News is confused the last time I checked Michelle's last name is Obama, making her a wife and not a baby mama; but this is the distorted thinking of some conservatives. 

Allegedly, it was said to be a joke but the joke wasn't funny. I don't recall Fox News calling John McCain's wife Cindy, a "baby mama"; or is this Republicans way of saying the label is only fitting of a Black woman?
