British Cop Breaks The Rules

How cool is this photo! It is British Royal custom for security reasons, that British cops are not supposed to talk, touch, or shake hands with anybody, but instead stand as still as a statue. 

Obviously, these two brothers couldn't resist the historic moment. The Black Royal cop probably never imagined in his wildest dreams, he would usher a Black American president into the British corridors of power. (President Obama seen above-l)
