Kentucky's Southeast Bullitt Fire Department Chief Julius Hatfield, was recently questioned on video by WDRB reporter Valerie Chinn, regarding an investigation into the financial mismanagement (and possible fraud) of Hatfield's district -- as well as his recent racist comments towards a black family he was supposed to be helping.
