Michael D'Antuonos' Painting Speaks TRUTH to POWER

Michael D'Antuono, is an artist who crosses all sociopolitical lines when creating his works which clearly imitates life. In the painting above sarcastically titled "A Tale Of Two Hoodies", the artist expressed that his inspiration came from the Trayvon Martin case, in which a murderer was freed regardless of his criminal actions. 

The painting boldly speaks "truth to power" while visibly making the "perpetrators" aware that WE-SEE-YOU. 

I commend this artist for his undeniable talent, awareness, boldness, and charity as he committed to give half of all proceeds from the sale of this painting to the Trayvon Martin Foundation.
